I get 15 see a perfect doctor and the staff are superb too.

Nothing! What is the point of appointment system, when you are waiting for (up to now) one and a half hours.
1) Either have an appointment system.
2) Or a walk in surgery.
3) Emergencies accepted.

Open surgery in the mornings means you can always see a doctor.
The GPs (all of them) take as much time as necessary, you never feel rushed.
