I am very disappointed in attempts to book an appointment. For the last few days we could not contact the survey by phone. The line didn't seem to function, and the evergreen booking facility did not offer an appointment at all. When we finally got through we were offered only two days and they were almost four weeks ahead. This is pathetic! This experience does not seem to be what our friends have at other practices. Very very disappointing.
