I have been coming to this surgery for years and have never had a problem with anyone, until today. One of the staff in the office was very rude, very unhelpful and her attitude was that I should not be there. Even though I told her that I had received a letter from the hospital suggesting that I could get a prescription from the GP if it was easier. She kept saying that the hospital "always does this". As if it is my fault. I was shocked at her attitude and will be making a formal complaint. I never got the prescription that I needed and will now have to go up to Barnet Hospital to get it. By the way I am a 68 years pensioner who was given a hospital appointment with very short notice hence the urgency. I need to take this medicine before my hospital procedure in a few days.
