The receptionist Verity was amazing. I had to deal with 2 deaths. 1 depressed child. 89 yr old falling over. She just sorted all appointments medication and gave me a hug well and truly 100% what I needed. Thank you. Get rid of electronic machine.

The reception staff are the best, very good helpful and kind and understanding. The Dr Grain the main Dr, is not very open, warm or kind or compassionate to my mum needs and worry.
