The reception staff are the best, very good helpful and kind and understanding. The Dr Grain the main Dr, is not very open, warm or kind or compassionate to my mum needs and worry.

Both doctor and assistant were friendly and explained exactly what was going on. They were both very kind and knowledgeable. Thank you. Initially I waited a year for an appointment and wasn't given any idea of how long I might have to wait. Overall very good though.
