To be listened to when you know you have a problem but the doctor dismisses it, but then you can go to another doctor and get treatment which is effective after 2 months of your doctor saying you are OK, there is nothing wrong.

Very professional and made the experience much better than expected. The lovely manner by both the surgeon and nurse. Felt relaxed and surgeon asked after if I had pain. Would be good to have a patient aftercare sheet but all was explained to me.

Appointment in this establishment is excellent, customer care services are very good and the staff/doctors and particularly caring and concerned about the illness.
