Front of surgery staff very helpful/pleasant.
Dr. on duty was very thorough with his examination and efficient, patient and gentle.
(One downside - The waiting room seating is uncomfortable - cushions worn and dirty).
Jill at reception recognized me and said "Good Morning!"
Saw Dr Ghani about for medical problems.
Gave me time to discuss each one and how to resolve each problem. Was able to talk about my general health and didn't feel rushed - how it should be. Dr. made me think positively about some negative feelings I have at moment.
Dr. arranged bereavement counselling very quickly after my younger brother died suddenly. Dr. has a lovely sense of humor to which helps alot.
Staff very polite and helpful. Doctor is excellent, is a very good listener to my problems and explains the treatment. I cannot see how it could be improved.
Ringing me after I came out of hospital and would see me if I needed any help.
Most unusually appointments on Monday had been filled and I was deferred to Tuesday pm.
First time I can recall, but no effect on symptoms and no change to usual efficient service and treatment prescribed.
South Saxon House Surgery was awarded the iWantGreatCare certificate of excellence in 2024 for delivering outstanding care.
