I feel very rushed through appointments and as though the Dr doesn't really have much time for me/the patients. Some more compassion wouldn't go a miss!

The receptionists and the doctor are always very nice, kind, caring and professional. They do everyone they can to find you an appointment if you call a bit late. The GP Dr Ghani is very kind and caring. She takes time to listen and answer your questions. She also makes sure the next appointment has been discussed with me before leaving the office. Also the nurse are very kind and caring. I don't think I would change my GP and surgery even if I move to Battle (which is not the case). Thank you very much for your kindness. It is always good to come here. :-).
