The receptionists are lovely and the doctor is okay, but I seem to be coming back with the same issue and it's not being resolved.

Good manner of everyone. Practice comes across as caring and always friendly.
Downside is makes them popular and sometimes not easy to get an appointment but was seen next day on this occasion.
