Iv'e been registered at this doctors practice since i was a baby, and i am now 20. Therefore, iv'e never known any better, but making appointments can be an issue on particular days. A couple of days a week they only offer 'sit and wait' services, which is highly inconvenient for someone like me who works, and can only make appointments around my work schedule. After a while 'on hold' in the morning when calling to make an appointment, the call will cut off as you have not been answered in time and are ultimately thrown to the back of the queue when you attempt to call again. Once you can make an appointment however, the service is brilliant, lovely doctors and would recommend their services, on the basis that you can get an actual appointment.
