I would advoid this surgery at all cost. Receptionists are lovely, nurses are too.but the doctors them self it like they don't want to treat patients like your hard work for them. Lot of patients confidentiality broken when it comes to the doctor, and there happy to leave you to suffer in pain for 18 months with a serious brain condition without referring you into hospital system coz of there own beliefs, The locum doctors are much more Professional and do there job as a doctor 100% then there own regular g.p which is alarming. In 2 years alone this surgery missed my life threatening infection coz one dr couldn't be bothered to listen to me oh even examia me, took time and time of going back over a bowl promble to be told it was ibs, and I wouldn't expect it, no I know my body and I know I was right and after 2 years of awful pain, bleeding, lost of control of bowl final saw a bowl dr and I was right wasn't ibs and I needed medication to sort the issue so if I listened to Rooley lane 1 I'd still be in pain,2 I'd be on drugs that my body didn't need, again 18 months my daughter whom was 11 years old at the time started with really bad headaches Rooley lane did nothing to help her, by chance Specsaver saw the swelling in her eyes and got her in to the hospital system to be diagnosed with IIH a serious brain condition that can cause blindness alone with other stuff so my advice stay away from this surgery at all cost. I would not recommend it to a animal mind a human. ( we left this surgery)
