It takes a long time for the practice to answer the phone. Then they can only offer you a same day appointment. That is fine if you are sitting at home all day but if you work, as I do, 50 miles away from home, what you may need is an appointment in advance so you can make arrangements with your employer for time off. I tried to register with the practice on line to make appointments but the practice does not appear to participate in the scheme. In summary, it is very difficult to make an appointment. No wonder people go to A&E.

Another waist of time, went for repeat prescription to find it had not been done due to an administrator error, despite having an email acknowledgement 6 days ago.
This is not just a 'one-off' occurrence.

The premises are clean and tidy, the receptionist was polite and on this occasion I was seen by the Nurse Practitioner who was very friendly and efficient.
