The new sit and wait "appointment" system is an absolute joke!! I had to wait over 2 hours for a 5 minute appointment. I suppose I have to be grateful it was half an hour less than last time!! Most people in the waiting room were discussing and complaining about this ridiculous system and many were saying they will change to a different surgery as the service (or lack of!) is appalling. I have been with the surgery all of my life but after today's experience I may be joining the bandwagon and moving to a better, more understanding surgery with compassionate Doctors!!
