Having suffered in recent months with chest infections & pneumonia I would have preferred to see a doctor rather than a nurse practitioner

As previously stated I would like to be given the choice when calling the surgery as to who I would prefer to see

The appointment process is a lot better than it used to be , but can be a nightmare being no 12 in the queue (for 40 mins ) then when you do get through all the appts have gone .

As with the whole service ( nhs) unfortunately you clearly have far too many patients for the number of doctors/ nurses Don’t think that there is anymore that you could do.

Form once I called I received an appointment within 2 hours for my 2 year old son, and the nurse we seen Jemma was lovely and really good with my son normally an appointment is stressful but this time so so calm and no upset to my child as she was so patient with him and did the checks on his terms

Length of time waiting for call to be answered

Make it easier to actually see a gp face to face. Make sure hospital letters are actioned in a timely matter not take weeks to appear on your records.
