I never spoke to a receptionist I logged myself in on the system. From my last experience of calling for an appointment was just ridiculous .

On hold for about 30 minutes

Having a appointment at 3.45 & not getting in till 4.30 is unacceptable, we accept the appointment knowing that we will be free at a certain time to make other appointments

I have not long joined this surgery but so far I’m very pleased with everything, very helpful receptionists & friendly too, don’t make you feel you are being a nuisance. So far very happy.
