Receptionist told me I needed to call in for an Drs appointment even though it was 8am and I was standing face to face with her in the surgery as I had an appointment for a blood test at 8.10am. I explained that how could I ring in when I was standing there at the exact time she expected me to call. She then proceeded to book me in later with Lorraine confirming that Lorraine could do all that the dr would do. Saw Lorraine at 9.30am who then explained to me that although she could take my blood pressure, I actually needed to see a Dr and shouldn’t have been booked in with her. Then had a telephone call appointment with the Dr later that day.

Better and more patient reception staff.
