I had an appointment at 9am, I was trying to be patient and understanding that appointments can run over, but by 9.40am I still hadn’t been called. I spoke to the receptionist and it turned out the nurse (agency staff) I’d been booked in with hadn’t turned up, meaning I was sat waiting for 40 minutes and an hour and a half late to work for no reason!! If I hadn’t got up to ask I’d still be waiting now as nobody informed me the person I was scheduled to see hadn’t turned up to work!

Suggested improvements
When I checked in for my appointment I should have been notified the person I was scheduled to see hadn’t turned up to work!!
