I normally feel stressed when having to contact the surgery for an appointment not knowing whether after a long wait an appointment will be available. Occasionally the telephone service gives me the option for a callback which helps tremendously. When my call was finally answered on this occasion the receptionist was friendly and helpful. She was able to give me an appointment that day. The doctor was extremely pleasant. She was thorough and explained her findings clearly and how she was going to proceed with my treatment. I felt valued, relieved and confident that she would do all she could to treat my condition
