Was told to make a doctors appointment to check my blood pressure have to wait a month for appointment but maybe at guys hospital has my lung cancer is back and will be having deep radiotherapy

Just be abit nicer on the phones. Most of.ypur ladies are nice and try to help

Always helpful staff, from reception to GPs.Appointments usually available.

Considering the pressures that the NHS and general practice are under, I believe this surgery does it’s best.

'doctors' here have misprescribed multiple times, causing massive bleeding and rush to A&E on one occasion, causing strokes on another. Both times we queried the meds/dose and were either ignored or told to keep taking the (dangerous) meds. No apology ever. Avoid.

There is no area where this surgery could not improve.

I have been with Preston park surgery for over 30 years. All the staff, reception, nurses and doctors are highly professional and I would recommend them without hesitation. Defend the NHS!

it is impossible to get an appointment at this surgery. Literally impossible. God forbid you may actually have an emergency. In fact on this occasion we didnt get an appointment still and had to go and bother A and E instead.
