Appts with nursing staff are excellent.
Booking appts with Dr Ruffles proves less than easy.

I think that the system employed at Portland is very sound.
The way nursing staff deal with the patients is excellent , very professional and sympathetic. They listen and advise on patient care and save doctors time, thus allowing doctors to see more patients and spend the 'extra' dealing with them.
I have been a patient at Portland 50 years and cant think of one problem apart from perhaps >> the telephone queue is sometimes quite lengthy ?

All the doctors at the practice are professional, knowledgable and caring. They take time to listen and have supported myself and my family through some very difficult times. I would not hesitate to recommend the practice to others.
