I think everyone need to sign a petition to shut down this hospital it really a night mare especially most of the workers are very wicked my son has an underlying health condition we were supposed to see his gp I made several calls for one week trying to book appointment I could not get any, I went there by myself to talk to the nurse at the reception to help me with an appointment they say the only way is to make a call, I went outside the hospital sit by the slab to make a call for the appointment the phone was ringing inside, I saw three of the workers outside smoking cigarettes only one worker was in the reception talking to customers and picking call, it was a total nightmare to get my appointment after several attempt I finally had one, today a doctor in the A and E send me to see my gp in Plumstead and my son daily medication is over I have to see his gp but am discouraged to call. I know they will never pick,.

Change the management of that hospital, they care less about the health of the people

My wife was miss diagnosed 3 times at this surgery after ringing the surgery at least 20 times and holding on the line for more than a hour j decided to drive down to the surgery went in one person on the phone other person sitting at the desk had my phone with me which was still ringing and asked why no one was picking up the call was told we are busy , she was told by the first doctor who diagnosed her over the phone that she had spasm and not to worry week later and in pain another doctor ask to send photos said it was a fatty lump but would send her for scan next doctor told her it was a syst and prescribed antibiotics and would see her when the antibiotics were finished when she finally managed to see him sent her to A&E were she was diagnosed with sarcoma a cancer of the bone she now needs a drug to allow her to have a MRI scan after ringing all morning she as made her way down to the surgery only to be told that she should try ringing again she refused and they said she should get a call tomorrow from the practice nurse
