The doctor was very understanding about my problem and I'm very happy with the level of care from the doctor. Getting an appointment at the surgery sooner can be improved as each time I've asked for an appointment I have to wit from 4-6 weeks by which time is too late to be seen for whichever problem I wanted to see the doctor for.
