Doreen was extremely friendly, helpful and thorough. My first visit here, as I have just moved to the area. The other receptionists were very welcoming too.

Your recorded message says there is a walk-in at 2.00 on Saturday. I arrived at 1.10 to be told to go away and return at 2. I arrived at 2 to be told to go away and return at 4. Receptionist rude and unhelpful!
