The reviews on this website are so at odds with the NHS ones - so who is writing them?
My main concerns are that
1. getting an appointment can be so difficult - a long wait outside for 'walk in' or sometimes weeks ahead if booked, and
2. the manner of some of the receptionists, who can be very offhand.
I know that the NHS is under tremendous pressure, but this is about mutual respect.

Dr Neogi is wonderful and human and tries to help me.
Heidi and all the receptionists are super!!!
