Just been into the surgery (10.30 on Sunday 23rd ). I had an issue with a Pharmacy2u prescription that had not arrived and was anxious about not having my medication over Christmas. The receptionist and her colleague were really lovely, empathetic and professional and interested in helping and finding a solution. They managed to get me 7 days supply to give me time to sort things out. Made a big difference. Please say thank you to them for me.
