Arrived & reported to the reception. The receptionist waved a hand at me & said ultrasound was downstairs, but failed to mention that you don’t need to check in with anyone, just wait & they will call you. Her tone & manner were both very rude. Everyone else arriving downstairs while I was there had the same problem, so asked where to check in when they arrived down there. None of us knew, so some others flagged down people passing who obviously worked there. They seemed annoyed to be asked. Others commented on how rude the receptionist was too. The toilet was really dirty, smelled badly & there was no toilet paper.

Suggested improvements
Problems outlined above. Someone needs to address these issues. What’s happened to pride in providing a good service. Politeness doesn’t take longer. In fact, it would save time overall if people weren’t flagging people down because the receptionist hasn’t bothered to tell people they don’t need to check in. Alternatively, tell people that in their email/text, with directions on where to wait!
