Dear Dr Neogi,
I do want to let you know again,how very impressive i have found your medical service and all Doctors and Staff to be.
Enquiries and appointments are made with every efficiency and courtesy.
And indeed patients are reminded of any imminent appointment by your very helpful staff. I was astonished this morning to receive a call from Julie,to remind me of my afternooon appointment today. Indeed this service including future care planning is in itself very suprising in these days of professional pressure and tightness of resources.
I want to thank you and all staff for this outstanding service,and to wish you ongoing success in your professional work.
