The reception staff are quiet rude on the phone also went there this morning with my daughter she handed over her urine sample was jnothing said so sat down waited half an hour when the receptionist didnt get a name but had blonde haie seen we were waiting said nothing the whole time even thoe she was the one who took sample from my daughter who is in pain then i went to enquire when will she be seen much to my dispare she says who they will contact you not saying when and knowing we sat there waiting sum of the staff need to be more thoughtfull and aware and give out the right information to patients we have been registered with pembroke surgery for 16 years and the service of the receptionists have gone awfull this realy needs sorting. Get receptionist who is will to help and be more attentive towards patients.
