Apart from individual isolated good practice and caring there is generally very poor communication & listening to patients. Also little respect for and very poor care of the elderly and lonely people. Patients seem to have to be very proactive and do most of the communication themselves. You get the feeling that the hope is that the elderly would die off quickly.
