I can only speak as a caller to the surgery as I have not yet had cause to consult any of the doctors or ancillary medical personnel.
However, I would say that being greeted with a smile at reception is very important.
It can help to create a good initial impression (no-one liked a sour-expression) and possibly assist potential patients to relax.
Just smile, and look as if you genuinely want to help (even if it's the last thing you feel like!)

Easy to make an appointment.
Doctors easy to talk to.
She explained my options and the medication including side effects.
Excellent care, as always from this practice.
