She took my blood and I couldn't even feel the needle going in.

The doctor listened to what I had to say and didn't make me feel as though I was wasting his time. Don't think it could be improved. It was fine.

Questions always answered, treatment targeted to personal needs.
Patients consultation v. good and dedicated to specific and accurate diagnosis even appropriate treatment.

Pleased manner of reception staff and of phlebotonist seen. Willingness to accommodate requests for further appointments.
Improvement required.: usually have to wait additional 20 - 30 mins beond appointed time for all staff, doctors, nurses and phlebotonist - even early in morning.
