. Polite and helpful at reception. . When speaking to the doctor I feel he listens carefully with the right balance of sympathy and professional advice. . The practice has been helpful in sorting out "hospital related" issues - e.g delivering of humeri when we first moved into the area. . Practice is always clear. . We have never need an emergency appointment - but we have always been able to get appointment when we have asked.

I was treated by a nurse for a regular smear test. The was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and extremely professional. She gave me excellent advice regarding contraception.
