We already offer on the day appointments for problems that cannot wait and have recently added pre-bookable and on the day telephone consultations to help meet the needs of working patients. We are reviewing the scheduling of our ‘on the day’ and ‘advance bookable’ appointments. At present our earliest appointment is at 08.15 and our latest is at 18.10, we hope these early and late slots are helpful for working patients.

It is very difficult to respond and make improvements without specific details so I hope you will contact us directly so that we can investigate properly and respond your comments personally.
