- Welcomed and made to feel valued - not just a number or 'next patient'.
- Good listening skills.
- Actually looked at me whilst the consultant taking place.
- Took the time needed.
- I'm happy to wait even when appt times overrun, as I never feel the consultation has been rushed.
- Letters/referrals/tests always done speedily.
