Standard of care is good. Quick appointments a little waiting, friendly staff. Delay in promised written report of results following health check. I had to phone after 2 weeks.

- Welcomed and made to feel valued - not just a number or 'next patient'. - Good listening skills. - Actually looked at me whilst the consultant taking place. - Took the time needed. - I'm happy to wait even when appt times overrun, as I never feel the consultation has been rushed. - Letters/referrals/tests always done speedily.

Had to book an appointment today because no way I could get to the surgery last week to request repeat prescription (no green slip, never ordered before). Needed repeat med's as unable to sleep and couldn't wait another 2 days so had to book a Doc appointment. Really feel I've wasted the Doc's time could anything be done to make the process more flexible? I could only get access to online system by coming in too!
