I was lucky to get offered an appontmnt at the accute unit as I called early in the morning. The doctor I had was a locum (Dr Anderson) and she was very helpful, thorough and professional, giving me lots of info and advice on my illness. A few days later I was in pain and worried again about worsening symptoms so I went online and managed to pre-book an appointment within a few days with the system online service which I find very useful. I have always found the receptionists helpful and polite and although appointments are hard to come by (particularly blood tests and pre-bookable appointments with your own doctor) you can usually get a general appointment by calling early or going online. I find the surgery clean, tidy and well organised and I love it that there is a pharmacy within the surgery. Parking is limited and this is one of the only negatives I have as there are so few spaces and you now have to pay £1.20 to park. Otherwise a great surgery.
