I can't fault your Phlebotomy dept. or your nurses and reception in general. But am amazed that when you ring up for an appointment to see your own doctor it is still a two week waiting list, or alternately as in the last situation I was told their are two appointments, one for next day and one the day after, but you need to ring up at 8am. the next day to secure one of these. Have you ever tried doing this and been stuck on the end of the phone for evermore on a queue listening to god awful music. To be fair the service has improved over the last two months, but is still not good enough.
