Dr's need to listen to the patient instead of being of being dismissive. I didn't see my Dr until 45 minutes after my appointment time so already frustrated before I got in. When in there, she didn't really listen to my ongoing issue that I've put off reporting again, as it's so hard to get an appointment, and even then she wasn't interested. Told me to come back and make another appointment! Time wasting and frustrating. I've been recommended an alternative surgery for a while now so may consider switching.
