As I have only recently moved to Horsham this was my first appointment (other than the meet and greet meeting with my appointed doctor Dr Jende I used the internet booking system which indicated a ten day wait for the earliest bookable appointment for the first available doctor.It would have been a further 7 to ten days to see Dr Jende I booked as I felt my condition although of concern was not requiring an appointment that day. I was told an appointment the same day requires you to go to the surgery at 8am to only possibly be seen by a doctor that day I did go back onto the internet to see if there were any cancellations for earlier dates and got one three days earlier to see a Dr Slator. It is good to be able to book online. It would also be good if your appointed Doctor could reserve some appointments only for his/her registered patients. That way the doctor would know your medical history and you would not be starting with a new doctor each time you attend. I suppose to get that you would need to employ more doctors. Hope my comments are of interest
