phone answers - then you choose appointments - then you wait - and wait and wait - 26 minutes - why let the automated answer if you are not available to take the call. 26 minutes and then an appointment the following week. last time was on hold for 20 minutes - and then got cut off. most frustrating when all you want is an appointment.
