Since the change over to the dedicated telephone service I have had cause to 'phone on different, separate occasions. Each time I have had to wait between 10-15 minutes for someone to answer the 'phone. I have rung at different times of day NOT just 8am. Sometimes for test results which I leave until about 12.30. I had hoped that the dedicated team would speed up this process but it seems that it remains the same. However, the fact that if you go into the surgery downstairs the 'phones are no longer interrupting the ladies on the front desk which means they get through the queues much faster. That is a positive improvement.
