Share review of Park Surgery
I like being able to see the same doctor each time.
I like the way my doctor gives the time I need, even though I know he is under pressure of a timed 10 minute appointment.
I like the way my doctor discusses my problems with me.
I like the way my doctor arranges appointments for me with specialists when I ask for them.
I like the way my doctor is willing to ring me back any day that he is in the surgery if I want to make an enquiry.
I do not like having to dial the surgery at exactly 8.00 am in the morning if I am to have a chance of an appointment with my doctor that day.
I do not like having to book an appointment two or more weeks in advance to make a routine appointment with my doctor.
I do not like being asked questions, like some of those above, without having the chance to have no opinion. For example, at my last visit to the surgery I did not speak to one of the receptionists, so how can I say whether they were helpful or not? If I put 3 stars, that seems to me to imply that they were not particualrly helpful. From past experience, I expect that if I had spoken to one of them, they would have been as helpful as they could be.
