Share review of Park Surgery

Due to confusion between the doctor and reception this was a wasted (coil) referral appointment which didn't need to happen - the doctor apologised and rearranged the correct appointment (remove and replace) however this has since been cancelled and I was told someone would rearrange but I've heard nothing. Not impressed as I asked the questions as to what to do back in November - no mention of a waiting list was given.
