It is much easier to get an answer on the phone for an appointment now that you have more staff. Also since you stopped the expensive phone number and have a local number, it is cheaper. Every one from the doctors down are so helpful. The only problem is with your doors if you are in a wheel chair or on crutches. Even the banks look after disabled persons better. They have a knob to press to open the door, or it is automatic!
