Dr and staff all very helpful and friendly. However, had to call to get blood test results, an email or a call would have been nice. At least tell me that if I have not heard anything within in a certain time period then all results are clear. Now have to just wait for an appointment for a treatment, no idea of when they may contact me. It seems very strange in this day and age that they can't even give an estimate of when I will receive an appointment, let alone the actual treatment. I know you only have clinics every couple of weeks but you must have some idea of when these are and how many people you can treat per clinic and therefore some idea when I could get an appointment.
