Phoning the surgery is very poor to get an appointment. Frequently have to wait over 15 minutes before being answered, even at so called quiet times. Have to wait nearly 4 weeks to see my own GP for a routine appointment after receiving a letter to discuss blood test results. Once seen by the GP I cannot fault the service - very helpful and I feel totally satisfied.
