Park Surgery is an outstanding practice ! They have worked hard to accommodate the seemingly never ending list of new patients that Horsham has gained over the last few years , it can only be hoped that they draw the line where appropriate & don't turn into a " mega practice " that doesn't care for its patients as individuals. On one occasion only have been kept waiting without explanation when I had a nurse appointment & there were apparently computer problems. I waited an hour & was about to leave ! It would have been much better to have popped out to explain. I felt that I couldn't complain as the whole place seemed very busy.
