It's easy to get an appointment via the website: but not if you want one with your own doctor within the next two weeks: or in one case four weeks. If you need to be seen urgently you must phone at 8 a.m. and hold on for a long time. But I have never failed to get a suitable appointment in this way. Any such appointment is genuinely urgent.
