The blood pressure machine is quite often out of order and it could be placed somewhere else that is more private and not within the children's play area: as it's now. The piped music is unnecessary and intrusive. Other than that, the GP's and staff are very good with, one exception. This is a very busy large surgery, and to expect more than they currently offer would be unreasonable. However I think the question of whether or not it should be such a large surgery, needs to be looked at.
