Can never get appointment and you call at 8 o'clock in the morning and have to wait 30 minutes to get through to be told there r none left and some of the receptionist are quite rude and not helpful

Easy to arrange an appointment when at the surgery. In the past, have experienced some delay in telephoning, but have registered with the Park Surgery website for online access, which works well, particularly for regular appointments and repeat prescriptions , and is a very convenient. Recommend registering. No doubt, improvements to this will be made - for example, one I would like to see is booking for blood tests, if possible.

I have been a patient for 15 years at this surgery. Although it is difficult to obtain an urgent appointment for the same day I would not change to any other. The doctors are on the whole doing a great job with restricted budgets and a growing population. One or two of the reception staff could be a little less "scratchy" but I guess we all have our "off" days. The nurses are excellent. Also, the minor surgery and scanning department is a great addition, which I know is used by other practices in the area. The practice manager is always on the ball and seems to take everything in her stride!

Not much I can say. Nice staff,very helpful, and by this I mean that I have never found a single reason to complain about any of them. Credit where it is due..

I have been registered with Park Surgery since 1986 and have been with the same GP for nearly as many years. I have always received exceptionally good care from my GP, the nurses and receptionists. I am also a carer for my elderly mother and we share the same GP who is always very kind, listens to her and responds to her concerns. The surgery is clean and well maintained and offers facilities to carry out minor surgical procedures. The receptionists always listen to any problem and help with arranging appointments but of course due to the number of people registered with the surgery the phone lines are often extremely busy and it can be difficult to get through. I know the surgery are trying hard to resolve these problems but the pressure upon them to resolve this particular problem is difficult. However, other than this small niggle I have nothing but praise for Park Surgery and the staff.
